Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Arqa piece. But if it’s not right, here’s how we can help:

• Returns: Accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Exchanges: You may exchange your item for another size or product within 7 days.

• How to Request: Email us at contact@arqa.tn with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

• Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective.

Note: Sale items and custom-sized pieces are not eligible for return.
